Singer, songwriter, dancer, and producer who rose to fame as a member and leader of the C2K Entertainment pop boy idol group N-SONIC. He also enjoyed a moderately successful solo career, which he launched in 2015 with the release of his debut single, "Call My Name." His mini album "Here's To Youth" was released later the same year.

Before Fame

He debuted as a founding member and leader of the pop boy idol group N-SONIC in October of 2011 with the album "We Are Superboys." He co-wrote and produced the album's initial song, "N.Sonic." He earned his college education from Yongin University.

Trivia

He enlisted in the military in May of 2016, as per South Korea's compulsory military service law. While enlisted, N-SONIC disbanded as a result of conflicts between the members and C2K Entertainment Agency, which represented the group.

Family Life

In September of 2020, he shared on his jay_heart_ Instagram account that he had begun dating social media star Rachel Kwon. The pair wed on June 18, 2022.

Associated With

On February 10, 2020, he shared a video on Instagram of his original choreography to the song "Let Me Love You" by R&B singer Chris Brown. In the video, he appeared wearing a sweatshirt that featured an image of Millie Bobby Brown as her character Eleven from the Netflix series Stranger Things.
