Before content creation, she studied at the University of California, Irvine, graduating in 2023 with Bachelor of Arts in Education & Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Her background in education and healthcare shaped her passion for medicine, wellness, & community impact.

A lifelong lover of movement & sports, she enjoys volleyball, pickleball, ping pong, tennis, inspired by her dad's love for athletics.

Family life

She is the oldest of seven siblings & the daughter of Han Pham and Joseph Dang. She shares a deep love for her future husband, Landon Nguyen.
