Before Fame
He played hockey at Cushing Academy in high school. He then played for the Muskegon Lumberjacks in the United States Hockey League. He played three seasons of college hockey with the Arizona Sun Devils in 2016. He played for the Ottawa Senators in 2019, but his big break was being selected by the Seattle Kraken during the 2021 NHL Expansion Draft.

During the 2010-11 season, Daccord started playing junior ice hockey with North Andover High School. Daccord would help North Andover to a 3-0 record in their first three games of the 2011-12 season.
