British barrister and lawyer who is known for practicing Taw Law at Devereux Chambers. He is also known for being both the founder and director of the Good Law Project which helped to oppose the Brexit process.
He graduated form the University of Durham in 1995 and went on to earn his Master's at Birkbeck at the University of London. He started his career as a QC in 2015.
He is also known for his written work and has published several articles on Brexit for publications such as The Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, and New Statesman.
He was born and raised in St. Pancras, London, England and is the son of David Benedictus.
He is not a member of any political party, but did advise the Labour Party on tax policy under the leadership of Ed Miliband.
