After serving in the New Hampshire Senate from 2003 until 2009, this Republican Party politician took office as a District One representative to the Executive Council of New Hampshire.

A native of Melrose, Massachusetts, he later settled in Wakefield, New Hampshire. He and his wife, Asha, raised chidren named Chanel and Christian.
He was defeated by John Lynch in the 2008 New Hampshire gubernatorial campaign.
