Professional surfer who has competed in several of the World Surf League's Men's Championship Tours. He earned sponsorship from Quiksilver, Red Bull and Oakley. 

Before Fame

He began surfing at the young age of 3 before entering his first competition at the age of 6. Soon after, she began to star in multiple seasons of a reality TV show that airs in Japan, making his fame reach international recognition. 

Trivia

He became the youngest surfer ever to win the US National Championships for under 18's. That same year won the Governor's Cup at the Surfing America Championships. With consistent posts of his contests and practices, he has a strong social media presence with over 600,000 followers on his Instagram. 

Family Life

He was born and raised in Huntington Beach, California. His parents are both Japanese immigrants.
