American swimmer who represented the United States at the Olympic Games in 2004, 2008 and 2012, winning four silver medals in the process. In 2007, she won the 4x200 meter relay at the FINA World Aquatics Championships and received the Honda Sports Award for Swimming and Diving.

Before Fame

She attended Pioneer High School in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she set five national high school records. She would go on to have a stellar college swimming career at the University of Georgia.


At the 2006 NCAA Women's Swimming and Diving Championships, she became the first swimmer in NCAA history to win the 50-yard, 100-yard, and 200-yard freestyle events in the same year.

Family Life

She married Casey Williamson in June 2014.
