Sengalese chef who has gained fame as a world-renowned pastry chef at restaurants such as La Cigale in Beirut, Laduree on the Champs Elysee in Paris, and Fauchon in Dubai.
He studied as the Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.
He finished third in the 2014 Patissier dans le Monde in France.
He has two sons.
He is a fan of fellow chef Pierre Gagnaire.
