Before Fame

He joined Satyricon in the year 1993 and made his debut with the band on their second demo The Forest Is My Throne.

Trivia

He has been denied entry into the United States due to his having a criminal record in Norway. As a result, Slipknot's Joey Jordison played in his stead for one of Satyricon's North American tours. He was featured in the 2008 documentary Until the Light Takes Us, which chronicled the rise of Norwegian black metal.
