Restaurant entrepreneur who is the co-founder of Bocas Grill and Bocas House restaurants. He would own half-a-dozen establishments in Florida.
He began working in kitchens at the age of seven, and worked at the cash register for his father's restaurant.
He managed the operations of his cousins bakery in Upata for a few months and this led him to discover his passion for managing establishments in the food industry.
His father worked in the same field. He and his brother nearly developed a family restaurant together, but it never went through.
He co-founded his Bocas Grill and Bocas House with chef Cesar Gonzalez.
