Musician and composer best known as a master of the Paraguayan harp. He charted eight Gold records, including Paraguay 80 and Sucesos sanjuaninos.
He was a member of the Julián Rejala-led Paraguayan folk music band beginning in 1950.
His memory was honored following his death with a tribute concert.
He began playing live music as a very young child. His father was his earliest concert promoter.
He and Sila Godoy became two of Paraguay's most accomplished and honored musicians.
