Americana singer-songwriter who first won fame with his 2000 solo debut Peel. He was previously a member of the band Sedgwick Pie, with whom he released two critically-acclaimed EP's in the 90's.

Before Fame

He spent his teenage years in Hong Kong and got his start in music with the Sedgwick Pie in 1995.

Trivia

He produced the album Shadows on the Son by the band Blue-Eyed Son in 2013.

Family Life

He married Vavine Tahapehi, who has recorded vocals on several of his songs.

His third solo album Tell the People featured contributions from Wilco guitarist Nels Cline.
