TV host and sports broadcaster known for being a WWE backstage correspondent and studio host, including hosting and appearing on WWE digital and post-show programming including SmackDown LowDown, Raw Talk, and The Bump where she helps break down matches, interviews Superstars, and connects storylines for viewers. She is also known for having worked for the New England Patriots where she hosted a sports talk show on Patriots.com, appeared on CBS Sports Network, and covered major events including Super Bowls LVI and LVII.

Before fame

She developed an early interest in sports and media. She attended Northwestern University where she was a Division I cross-country runner and majored in journalism. She began working in sports broadcasting after college by building experience across digital platforms and live television. She worked with the BIG EAST Conference and eventually joined the New England Patriots where she hosted shows, conducted interviews, and appeared on national sports networks. She joined WWE in April 2021 which was her big break.

She has completed multiple marathons. She is a living kidney donor.

She was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. She announced she had become a mother in 2025.
