Australian relationship expert, television personality, and nonfiction author known for appearing as a dating expert on Married at First Sight Australia, Married at First Sight UK, and Celebs Go Dating. She is also known for her 2022 self-help book The C Word (Confidence): Make Friends with Fear and Build Confidence from the Ground Up. 

Before fame

She studied psychology and human behavior in university. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Deakin University, a Graduate Diploma in psychology from the University of Melbourne, and a Graduate Certificate in human resources and industrial relations from Victoria University. She began her career in the late 1990s as a consulting psychologist working with companies on leadership development and behavioral assessment. She worked at Morgan and Banks in 1998 and in 2001 she became a senior consulting psychologist at Personnel Decisions International. She founded Extraversion Consulting in 2003 where she specialized in confidence coaching, leadership training, and personal development. She joined Married at First Sight Australia in 2016 and remained one of the show's most recognizable experts for multiple seasons. She published her first major nonfiction book The C Word (Confidence) in 2022.
