American journeyman wrestler and referee who wrestled for promotions including Jim Crocket Promotions (under NWA) and Continental Championship Wrestling, primarily throughout the 1980s and early 1990s. During that time, he also performed under ring names such as Intern I, Dr. X, and Inferno #1.

Trivia

In a 1984 match promoted by Jody Hamilton's Deep South Wrestling, he suffered an on-screen mishap involving a piece of flash paper that earned him the nickname, "Fireball" Mike Fever.
