Before fame
He developed an interest in cooking at a young age. He studied at the University of Portsmouth before moving to London to pursue a professional culinary career. He trained in some of the most prestigious kitchens in the UK early in his career including Le Gavroche and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. His career expanded internationally in 2013 when he moved to Melbourne, Australia, and worked in acclaimed restaurants such as Attica and Cutler & Co. He returned to the UK in 2014 and became a founding force behind M Restaurant and opened the first location in London in 2014vfollowed by expansions in 2015 and 2017. He began appearing on UK television in 2016 as a guest chef on shows like Sunday Brunch and competing on Great British Menu.
