Italian chef who has gained fame as the founder of renowned seafood restaurant La Madonnina del Pescatore. He earned critical acclaim for his debut cookbook Sushi & Susci in 2001 en route to earning his restaurant's second Michelin star in 2006.
He founded his La Madonnina del Pescatore restaurant in 1984 at age 20.
