Singer who came to fame in the late 90s with the hit song "Megarider," which won him a star search contest on the Kenyan radio station 98.4 Capital FM. Since then, he has become one of the biggest names in Kenyan pop with tracks like "Butterfly" and "Letigo."
He was educated at Strathmore School and the University of Nairobi.
He won the MTV Africa Music Award for Artist of the Year in 2009.
His real name is David Mathenge. He married the singer Wahu in 2005. He has children named Nyakio and Tumiso.
