Liberian politician who served as the finance minister of Liberia under Charles Taylor from 1999 to 2001.
He graduated from high school at the College of West Africa and then went to the University of Liberia.
He was known as a member of the Liberian Destiny Party and he placed 12th out of 22 candidates in the 2005 Presidential elections.
His parents raised him in Monrovia, Liberia.
