South African entrepreneur, speaker, reality television personality, and marketing executive known for winning Mrs. South Africa 2018 and for finishing as the runner-up on Survivor South Africa: Island of Secrets in 2019. She is also known for being the founder of Uprising Agency and the co-founder of Uprising ZA.

Before fame

She initially worked as a functional medicine pharmacist before becoming well-known. She became involved in launching and growing lifestyle and media platforms including bringing Luxuria Lifestyle to South Africa and for serving as CEO and editor-in-chief of its South African division. Her first breakthrough came in November 2017 when she was crowned Mrs. South Africa 2018. Her big break was competing on Survivor South Africa: Island of Secrets in 2019 and finishing as the runner-up. 

Trivia

She is also known for her adventurous lifestyle having completed major expeditions such as Mount Kilimanjaro and trekking to Everest Base Camp. She has taken part in South Africa's 9 Peaks Challenge which involves summiting the highest mountain in each province. She won Woman in Media at the Woman of Stature Awards South Africa in 2024.

Family life

She is a mother of two children named Joshua and Tatum. Her daughter Tatum was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis as an infant. She was previously married to Brian Capper. She became engaged to veterinarian Clint Austin in 2019, and they married in December 2020.
