Actress, model, and pageant winner who has appeared in a large number of Telugu and Tamil motion pictures, including her 2016 debut film Oru Naal Koothu. Some of her most popular and notable films also include Tik Tik Tik, Chitralahari, and Pon Manickavel. The popularity of her films as well as the modeling and travel photos she posts to her nivethapethuraj Instagram account have helped her amass a prodigious fanbase of over 4 million followers.

Before Fame

She moved with her family at the age of 11 to Dubai, where she completed her secondary schooling. After remaining in Dubai for 10 years, she traveled to Edinburgh, Scotland in order to earn her college degree in management from Heriot-Watt University. 

Trivia

She won the 2015 title of Miss India UAE before going on to finish amongst the top 5 finalists at the Miss India Worldwide pageant that same year. For her performance in the film Mental Madhilo, she was nominated for Best Female Debut - Telugu at the 2017 SIIMA Awards.

Family Life

She was born in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Her mother is Tamil and her father comes from mixed Tamil and Telugu ancestry.

She appeared in the 2021 Telugu film Red, along with Ram Pothineni and Malvika Sharma. She has also starred in several films opposite co-star Vishwak Sen.
