Israeli pop singer and songwriter known for winning the Israeli music competition HaKokhav HaBa in January 2026 and for representing Israel at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 with the song "Michelle." Before fame

He first became interested in music during his teenage years, and his earliest singing experiences came from karaoke sessions with friends when he was around 15 years old. He then performed in a high school musical which gave him his first experience combining singing, acting, and stage performance. He began considering music as a serious career path during his mandatory service in the Israel Defense Forces. His first national exposure came in 2018 when he competed on the Israeli music television show Aviv or Eyal and finished in third place. He began writing and releasing original music after that TV appearance which included the singles "Ahavot leYom Ehad," "Ba'ir Sheli," and "K.O." He released his debut album Me'al HaMayim in March 2023. His big break came when he competed on and won the Israeli music competition HaKokhav HaBa in January 2026 which led him to represent Israel at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026.

He grew up speaking Hebrew, French, and English and his Eurovision entry "Michelle" combines all three languages in it.

Family life

He was born and raised in Ra'anana, Israel, in a family with French Jewish roots. His parents previously lived in Grenoble, France, before immigrating to Israel. He has two older brothers.
