Self-help author who is famous for her 2016 book It's Okay to Laugh (Crying is Cool Too). She has served as a contributing writer for Vox, Cosmopolitan, Elle, and Time Magazine, and founded the non-profit organization Still Kickin' in memory of her husband Aaron, who passed away from cancer in 2014.
