Critically acclaimed ballet dancer best known for her leading roles with the Bolshoi Ballet. She has headlined numerous popular performances like Diamonds, The Pharaoh's Daughter, and the always classic Swan Lake.
She began her ballet study at Vaganova Academy, a 260 year old school often thought to be the source of modern ballet. Immediately following her graduation, she was recruited to the Bolshoi.
She has originated roles in ballets like Bianca in Mailliot's Taming of the Shrew and the Marquess in Pierre Lacotte's Marco Spada.
Despite the fact that none of her family had previous ties to ballet, her mother encouraged her to take up the discipline.
While still a student in 2011, she performed at the London Coliseum to commemorate legendary ballerina Galina Ulanova.
