Content creator with the mission to inspire others to evolve into their best selves - physically, mentally, and emotionally. She began her journey sharing mostly fitness and gym related content which later expanded to total wellness and intentional living. She leads a movement towards living a life that feels expansive, fulfilling, peaceful, vibrant, and loving. She believes everyone deserves to get the absolute most out of life and she believes that begins with the healthiest and happiest version of you.

Before fame

Her love for movement started early from playing sports like lacrosse, basketball, and running track throughout high school, snow skiing, long boarding, and participating in water sports. She began weight training independently when she was just 16 years old and started Livfiit the following year in 2017. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from the Penn State Smeal College of Business in 2021, with minors in International Business and Entrepreneurship. During her college years, she also completed her studies to become an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.

She also hosts different wellness retreats around the world including places like Slovenia and Thailand. She has a podcast called Livfiit Listens about personal development and health. One of her first videos was about a healthy breakfast routine.

Family life

She grew up in upstate New York as the youngest of 4 children in a family with Italian ancestry.
