Painter, artist, environmentalist, and humanitarian who is best known for her detailed and meticulous paintings of surreal landscapes. She travels to a range of different countries and destinations which inspire her paintings and she shares both photographs of the actual locations and her depictions of them to both her website rachelpohlart.com as well as her over 340,000 Instagram followers. 

Before Fame

She first began sharing photos from her adventures and travels to Instagram in July of 2012 and expanded to include her original artworks as well in November of 2012. 

Trivia

She is known for having collaborated with a range of different companies and clients including Free Range Equipment, Black Strap Brand, Cirque Mountain Apparel, and Yeti Cycles where she is also an ambassador. A popular Instagram post from June of 2022 celebrates the different ways to go about living life as a young adult. It has accumulated over 130,000 likes.

She is married to fellow adventure photographer and co-founder of The Nature Project Charles Post.
