Business-owner, author, fashion designer, and philanthropist best known for running the fashion house and affordable style outlet, All Is Fair in Love and Fashion. She is also the co-owner of Jumping the Broom Bridal studio, which is the only black-owned bridal store in the state of Kentucky. In 2019, she wrote the massively popular "For Someone Before Bed," a book with words of encouragement for readers to enjoy before ending the day. 

Before Fame

She was born in Chicago and raised in Mississippi. As a young adult, she received her bachelor's degree in public administration from Kentucky State University and served in the U.S. Army. Shortly after launching All is Fair in Love and Fashion, she opened her shopaif TikTok account, which now has over 2.2 million followers and 136 million likes.

She is an experienced philanthropist, having founded AIF, which uses fashion to empower women from all over the world. She is also a strong anti-bullying advocate and a scholarship benefactor for teen mothers in the Jefferson County Public School system.

Family Life

She appeared on a 2020 episode of Say Yes to the Dress hosted by Randy Fenoli with her three best friends: Amber Peppers, Ashley Bennington, and Dawana Clarkson. She is the mother of four children and married to her partner, Lashondra Lias-Lockhart.

In February 2023, she posted a video to her TikTok account in which she provides a comedic "commentator-style" description of the notorious argument involving Denzel Washington, Jay-Z and an unknown fan at a recent game for the Los Angeles Lakers.
