Before Fame
He participated in his high school's band and mastered multiple instruments including the guitar, piano, violin, and flute. He earned a diploma in vocal classical music from Bhatkhande Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya and a master's degree in business management from AIPAC University. His career in music received a boost after he appeared on the singing competition show Sirasa Superstar in 2008. He released his first music album Sankranthi in August 2009.
