Famous for her starring role as Glinda in the 2013 London West End production of the musical Wicked, she is also notable for her work in London stage productions of Chariots of Fire, Gone with the Wind, and Aspects of Love, and in tours of The Wings of the Dove and Cowardly Custard.
After training at the National Youth Theatre, she enrolled at the Guildford School of Acting. Shortly before graduating, she made her West End debut in a production of Mary Poppins.
She portrays the Virgin Mary in a video series produced by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her other screen credits include episodes of Peak Practice and Casualty.
She spent her early years in Derbyshire, England, and later lived and worked in London.
She worked with Tony-winning stage director Trevor Nunn on both Gone with the Wind and Aspects of Love.
