About

Indie-rock singer, songwriter, guitarist, and record producer who is best known as the co-founder and co-lead vocalist of the popular harmony-driven rock band Dr. Dog. He also launched an independent boutique cassette tape and vinyl record label called Press On Records to release his more experimental home recordings.

Before fame

His public music career officially kicked off during his teenage years in Delaware when he began writing songs and collaborating on early home recordings with his lifelong musical partner.

Trivia

Within his main band, he and all of his fellow bandmates adopted playful nicknames that exclusively start with the letter "T"-specifically, his personal moniker is Taxi. He is renowned for his highly unique, jangly, and improvisational guitar style, frequently utilizing a modded Sears acoustic guitar featuring a rubber bridge.

Family life

He was born in Delaware but spent a massive portion of his career based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is happily married to his wife, Leann Cornelius, who heavily supports his label's creative operations and handles the official layout and graphic designs for his physical record jackets.
