Indian celebrity chef, food blogger, and chef known for being the founder of Gaia Gourmet along with being the host of television cooking shows including Sunny Side Up and Firangi Tadka. She is also known for being the author of the cookbook Party Like a Star and known for her large online Instagram following.
Before fame
She developed an interest in food and cooking at a young age. She pursued formal culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and began her training in 2004. She began her professional culinary career after completing her studies in the mid-2000s. She worked in restaurants before launching her own food ventures. She co-founded the restaurant Gaia in Goa, India around 2009-2010. She launched Gaia Home Chef in Mumbai around 2011 which eventually evolved into Gaia Gourmet. She first appeared on television in 2014 as a host on the cooking show Sunny Side Up followed up by her appearance on the show Firangi Tadka in 2014-2015.
