Zimbabwean gospel singer and songwriter known for the hit worship song "Tomurumbidza Medley," for putting out studio albums Brighter Day, Faith-Aid Kit, Ministry of Works, The Fight, Not Going Back, and Church on the Street, releasing EPs including Bayete and Christmas Kuvanhu, and for popular songs such as "Mirira," "It's Coming Down," "Mbiri," "Gore Rino," "Tevera," "Victory," "Hande," "Sekerera," and "Dairai."

Before fame

He began his music journey in 2002 as a member of a gospel group called The Burning Bush. He briefly explored secular music around 2004 before recommitting fully to gospel music. He became a founding member of the Zimpraise Choir in 2006. He released his breakthrough song "Tomurumbidza Medley" in 2011. He also released his debut studio album Brighter Day in 2011. He won multiple PERMICAN Awards during the 2010s. He began sharing his music on YouTube in 2013. 

Trivia

He won a Zimbabwe Achievers Award in 2016. He received a Maranatha Award in 2017 for collaborative gospel work. He toured internationally including a United States East Coast tour in 2014. He released the Christmas-themed EP Christmas Kuvanhu in 2025.

Family life

His real name is Temba Tagwireyi. He is from Chitungwiza, Zimbabwe. He married Anesu Mawoneke in November 2018.
