Australian mixed-media artist, author, and art teacher best known for exploring themes of human connection, nature and travel, and spirituality in her artwork, much of which has been recognized for its strong use of texture and vibrant color. Since 2000, she has held numerous solo exhibitions, and her pieces have been collected in both Australia and internationally. Before fame
Before becoming a full-time artist, she worked as a Special Education teacher. She didn't begin painting seriously until she was 33 years old, after enrolling in a local art class. She has studied with an assortment of artists and pursued Fine Arts studies through Curtin University; however, the majority of her artistic skills are largely self-taught.

She is the bestselling author of Paint Mojo, a book centered on creativity, intuition, and artistic freedom. She teaches art both online and in-person art workshops around the globe, including at retreats held in countries such as Italy, France, and Portugal.
Family life
She is a mother to two daughters named Santana and Cece and she is also a grandmother. She regularly talks about her longtime partner, Marco, and has spoken about their decades-long relationship in posts on social media.
