Fashion designer and digital content creator known for her upcycling, thrift-flip, and DIY sewing content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. She is also known for appearing on Project Runway Junior in 2015 along with being known for her book Fashion Upcycling.

Before fame

She became serious about fashion when she was around age 12 or 13 and launched her early brand Along the Lines Pocket Tees selling customized shirts before she was out of high school. She also started a fashion blog and taught herself clothing construction through online tutorials before studying fashion in college at California State University Long Beach. She began sharing content on social media in 2019.

Trivia

She turned her love of thrifting and sustainable design into the 2023 book Fashion Upcycling. She announced she was launching her official fashion line Ysabel Hilado in 2026.

Family life

She was born and raised in Southern California and has family from Guam.
