An iconic one-mile-long bridge that connects San Francisco, California to Marin County. It extends above a strait waterway that connects the San Francisco Bay and the Pacific Ocean.
Trivia
The bridge has been destroyed in a number of films, including Pacific Rim, Godzilla and San Andreas. It's also featured as a backdrop for a scene in Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo.
