Put on the map by E! Network's Hollywood Cycle, he became one of the most sought after personal trainers in the Los Angeles area. E! Network cast him and his sister in the reality show Spun Out in 2015.
He played football, basketball, and ran track in high school, after which he gained a football scholarship to UC Davis. There he studied communications, African American studies, and sociology. Upon graduating he worked for a pharmaceutical company but soon discovered his love for indoor cycling and began his career as a trainer in 2011.
He enjoys boxing as an alternative workout but dislikes hot yoga.
His sister Nichelle is an actress and also an indoor cycling trainer. She introduced him to the workout in 2011. She owns Cycle House.
