Bassist who made a name for himself as a member of the Indonesian alternative rock band Sheila on 7. The group has released nearly a dozen popular studio albums since their self-titled debut album in 1999.
Prior to beginning his music career, he studied international relations at Gajah Mada University.
Sheila on 7's debut album placed at #33 on Rolling Stone Indonesia's on "The 150 Greatest Indonesian Albums of All Time."
He married pageant competitor Umi Arimbi Khallistasani in 2005 and they had one child, Lovely Az'ahra Sheekeane.
