Before fame

She studied musical theatre at Redroofs Theatre School and later completed acting training at Pinewood Film Studios' Actors Studio.

Trivia

She is also a qualified psychotherapist, yoga teacher and mindfulness coach. She founded Mindset Group Ltd and launched the Mindset Unlimited Festival.

Family life

Her parents divorced when she was young. She has spoken publicly about becoming estranged from her father, Harry, during her teenage years and later reconnecting with him.
