Yoga instructor and social media personality who founded the Utah County-based Inner Peace Yoga School, where she has led countless students in Rocket Yoga, Hot Dharma Yoga, BUTI Yoga, Night Owl Hot Vinyasa, and other types. Her positive affirmations, guided meditations, and demonstration of poses and transitions has helped her gain a substantial following of over 110,000 on her alissayoga Instagram account. 

Before Fame

She taught middle school for over 15 years. She was initially introduced to yoga while attending college. After giving birth to her daughter, she returned to the practice and began her teacher training with renowned guru Sri Dharma Mittra.

Trivia

She is the author of an e-book called 10EssentialPoses, which is dedicated to aspiring yoga practice owners.

She has a daughter.
