Powerful vocalist known as the "little big sister" of the five piece girl group Fifth Harmony who debuted on the second season of The X Factor, finishing in third place. In 2018, she left the group after signing a solo management deal with Larry Rudolph and Maverick/ReignDeer Entertainment.
She performed at charity events, high schools, and sporting events starting when she was just 9 years old.
She released her first EP with Fifth Harmony called Better Together in October 2013. She finished in third place on season 28 of Dancing with the Stars in 2019.
She is the daughter of Jerry and Patricia Hernandez and has a brother named Brandon. She was born six weeks prematurely and weighed only 1 pound, 14 ounces.
She performed alongside Camila Cabello as a member of Fifth Harmony from 2012 to 2016.
