Former professional Australian rules footballer who signed with the Essendon Football Club in the 2015 rookie draft in the AFL. He initially announced his retirement on May 20, 2022 but made a brief comeback in 2023 only to retire for good on August 24, 2023.

During his junior years, he honed his football skills with the Tiwi Bombers in the Northern Territory Football League.

Trivia

His nickname, "Walla," is derived from his Tiwi Island heritage. "Walla" means "little brother" in Tiwi, and it was given to him by his family and friends. This nickname has become widely recognized among AFL fans.

He was born on the Tiwi Islands, located off the coast of Darwin. He's a member of an Indigenous Australian family. His upbringing took place on Melville Island.
