Finnish pop-rock singer and songwriter known for songs like "Mökkitie," "Tuntematon potilas," "Sirpa," "Meidän biisi," "Suomen muotoisen pilven alla," "Tässäkö tää oli?," "Kankaanpään tori," "Pilvilinna," "Monaco," and "AAAA," as well as albums including Arttu Wiskari, Tappavan hiljainen rivarinpätkä, Sirpaleet, IV, and Suomen muotoisen pilven alla. He is also known for appearing on major Finnish TV shows including Vain elämää, Tähdet, tähdet, and The Voice Kids.

Before fame

He worked regular jobs including at a Finnish hardware store before music became his full-time career. He began releasing music in the mid-2000s with his career officially starting around 2006. He gained national attention in 2010 with the release of "Mökkitie," which became a massive summer hit in Finland. He followed that breakthrough with his self-titled debut album in 2011 which reached number one on the Finnish album chart and went Platinum. He released another hit song "Sirpa" in 2014. He appeared on the show Vain elämää in 2018. 

Trivia

He became a coach on The Voice of Finland in 2024. He became one of Finland's most played radio artists in 2019 due to his song "Suomen muotoisen pilven alla."

Family life

His full name is Arttu-Pekka Aleksi Wiskari. He was born and raised in Espoo, Finland. He married Pauliina Wiskari in 2017 and they have two children together.
