Singer and songwriter who is best recognized for his R&B influenced style of music featuring emotionally heavily and poignant themes. He is known for having written several songs for major artists such as DJ Khaled and Chance The Rapper and releases his own music through the 88rising label as well.
His passion for music came early on, but he didn't start learning piano until he started looking up videos on YouTube, teaching himself the process. He then quit his job at the post office and chose to pursue music full time in 2008. He started writing music for several artists before releasing his own work in 2017.
Hd is also known for having earned representation from Red Bull Records.
He was born and raised in Korea Town in Los Angeles, California.
He writes music for a wide variety of fellow 88Rising artists including Joji, Rich Brian, and G-Eazy.
