Before Fame
He started receiving bağlama (a traditional Turkish string instrument) and vocal training at the Dicle Fırat Kültür Merkezi when he was 10 years old. He later joined the children's choir Koma Kulilken Me. He became a member of the Kurdish music group Koma Nujiyan. He eventually embarked on a solo career and released his debut album Rêwiyên Şad in 2016.
Trivia
He collaborated with the former co-chair of the People's Democratic Party in Turkey, who composed a song titled "Aç Kaldık Özgürlüğe" ("We Are Starving for Freedom") while imprisoned in Edirne Prison. He later performed and recorded this piece as a tribute. He has performed at multiple weddings.
