Before Fame
He began his career in entertainment by being a stand-up comedian. He was a regular in Toronto's comedy circuit by 2010. His first television appearance was in House Party in 2008, followed by Less Than Kind also in 2008. He continued acting in TV shows throughout the 2010s until his breakout role as Gerald Tremblay in Kim's Convenience in 2016.
