Country pop guitarist and singer who forms one half of the Florida Georgia Line duo. His group's debut album, Here's to the Good Times, was released in 2012 and peaked at number one on the United States Country Music Chart. At the 2014 CMA Awards, Florida Georgia Line was named the Vocal Duo of the Year.  

Before Fame

He and Florida Georgia Line duo partner Tyler Hubbard met while both were students at Belmont University in Tennessee.


The duo's hit singles include "Stay," "Cruise," "Round Here," and "Get Your Shine On." Their lead single, "Dirt," from their sophomore album topped the Country Digital Singles chart, the iTunes genre and Country charts, and the Country chart in Australia. 

Family Life

He grew up in Ormond Beach, Florida and later relocated to Nashville, Tennessee. He married Brittney-Marie Kelley in 2013.
