Voice actor and writer whose vocal work has appeared in various animated TV series, audio books, commercials, and video games. He's also the voice of the iconic Kool-Aid Man. He has 3,000 followers on Instagram and 3,000 on Twitter.

Before Fame

He grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada, and loved doing impressions and silly voices. He majored in theater at California's Concordia University Irvine. After graduating from CUI, he worked at Disneyland, doing a voice in the live show, Turtle Talk with Crush. He also worked as one of the theme park's tour guides. What really set him on track for voice acting was the relationship he developed with Bill Farmer, who was the voice of Goofy. Farmer mentored Powell for a couple years, and encouraged him to pursue his dream of doing voice work.

He's done a lot of paid work doing impressions of former President Donald Trump.

Family Life

In January of 2022 Powell got engaged to actress Camryn Grimes, longtime star of The Young and the Restless and niece of The Orville actor Scott Grimes. They even captioned their Instagram engagement photos with quotes from the movie Up.

Associated With

Powell has worked with many other voice actors (the Lucky Charms' Leprechaun, among many others). One of his heroes is Weird Al Yankovic, with whom he did a spot for Disney XD.
