YouTuber, TikToker, lifestyle creator, and real estate broker known for her small space living videos, studio apartment hacks, and day-in-the-life vlogs as a downtown Chicago agent which she shares on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. She is also known for being the team leader of the MOXIE real estate team at Compass and for being selected by REALTOR Magazine's 30 Under 30 Class of 2023.

Before fame

She attended Arizona State University and studied International/Global Studies and participated in global programs and competitions. She competed in Red Bull's "Can You Make It?" challenge in 2016, and her three-woman ASU team traveled across Europe using only cans of Red Bull as currency. She then moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where she bought her first home and began sharing small space organization content online. She began her YouTube channel in 2017 after moving into a studio apartment and realizing there were few resources for people living in micro-spaces. She then began sharing content on TikTok during the COVID-19 pandemic after she moved to Chicago in 2019.

Trivia

She had visited at least 47 countries by her late 20s. She was inspired to get her realtor's license in 2020 after she had been posting content online. She once completed a seven-day race across five European countries using only Red Bull cans as currency and finished among the top U.S. teams.

Family life

She grew up in Fairfield, California, moved to Arizona for college, and then worked in Phoenix before relocating to Chicago. She married Alex Eimiller in October 2023, in Cascais, Portugal. They welcomed a child together in 2025.
