About

Martial artist and yogi who is considered by many to be the father of the mixed movement arts movement. In the 90s he pioneered combining yoga with martial arts and developed the Budokon Yoga style along with the Budokon Mixed Movement Arts System. 

Before Fame

He began studying martial arts and Zen meditation at the age of 12 and underwent yoga asana training at 25.

Trivia

The Bodokon system is based on a mixture of yoga, martial arts and life coaching in order to achieve a state of holistic wellness. 

Family Life

He's said his father was a notorious street fighter which is part of why he began Martial Arts training as a child.
