Major league pitcher that was originally drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates as a first rounder in 2020. He previously played college baseball at the University of South Carolina. In 2020, he was named a finalist for the Golden Spikes Award. 

Before Fame

He first began his professional baseball career with the Greensboro Grasshoppers. He was then promoted to the Indianapolis Indians.

Trivia

He made his official major league debut while pitching against the Milwaukee Brewers on June 16, 2023. He collected two strikeouts during his debut.
